We are a collective of experienced African professionals and specialists that combine skill and creativity to provide the best below and above-the-line media solutions for our clients. The agency was founded by two multilayered, tenacious individuals Mesia and Koketso to service corporates, government and civil society sectors. At 76 Media we cultivate culture, influence trends and create experiences through the four media channels TV, radio, commercial photography and talent. Our content has spanned the continent and seeks to change how we see, share and consume media as Africans.

76 Media is the result of two of South Africa’s foremost broadcasters pooling their combined skills and experiences to create an authentic multi-layered training, media and content agency.
The idea that a person is one dimensional, even in their professional life, simply put, is archaic.
Over the years, the partners in 76 Media have acquired an abundance of experiences that they have decided to bring together under one roof in service to the South Africa corporate, government and civil society sectors.

Team | Koketso Sachane
Koketso Sachane is a passionate communicator and journalist with decades of experience in the South African media industry. A former television news anchor, radio host and reporter, Koketso’s wealth of knowledge as a communicator and media trainer includes serving as media liaison officer at both provincial and national government level, as well as in the tourism sector.
Over the years Koketso has through radio, television and various public spaces, driven dialogue on issues including the state of South African politics, fatherhood and the role of civil society in a democracy. At his core, Koketso’s passion centers on creating various forms of content and facilitating dialogue with a strong focus on an accurate portrayal of the African continent in mainstream media.
Team | Mesia Gumede
His decades of experience in the radio industry has also seen Mesia build strong relationships and reputation with record labels and musicians which has made it easy for him to establish several live music properties in South Africa.
A seasoned photographer, film maker and actor in his own right, Mesia has taken up the exciting space of building bespoke trade marketing activations and experiences with the sole purpose of cementing existing client relations while building opportunities to create new ones.
Team | Lebogang Tomlinson
Lebogang is a new member to the team with the responsibility of developing and directing 76 Media’s talent management division. Currently in the third year of her B Com studies in financial management, Lebogang is a creative with a passion for the entertainment industry, design, décor and current affairs.
Growing up in a home where imagination and dialogue was encouraged, Lebogang is driven by the need to harness her skills to create ethical and socially conscious media content for consumption both in South Africa and on the African continent.
